Just along East Coast Road is a small, narrow little road which lined on one side with the most charming little single-sotrey houses. These houses were raised off the ground by a short flight of steps as the area was once a flood-ridden area.
Look at the front of these houses, they are decorated with beautiful plaster mouldings. I have been here before but never felt anything particularly unique or wonderful about these houses. However today, I found that I really appreciate the timeless charm and quiet prettiness of these old houses. I paused for a long... while...
Walking past these houses, it was like yesterday once more.
